New NANN Chapter: The Idaho Chapter of the National Association of Neonatal Nurses
NANN is thrilled to welcome a new state to our chapter family, the Idaho Chapter of the National Association of Neonatal Nurses (INANN)! 2022 Formula Shortage: Neonatal Nurse Resources
The National Association of Neonatal Nurses realizes that the current formula shortage is putting undue stress on and is of major concern for families of infants under one year of age. To help neonatal nurses and families navigate this crisis, we have created a resources page with guidance from goverment and professional organizations. We will continue to update this page as the situation progresses.
Answer NANN's Call for Volunteers
NANN's 2022 Call for Volunteers is now open! Serve on a NANN committee, taskforce, or chair a special interest group. Share your time and talents with NANN to help shape the future of the association and make a difference for all neonatal nurses. NANN strives to appoint volunteers who are as diverse as the patients and families we serve. All members are encouraged to apply! The 2022 Call for Volunteers closes on Thursday, June 23.

NANN's freshly updated Member Recruitment Toolkit has all the resources you need for growing NANN by referring new members! Hang the membership poster in your unit to promote NANN group membership, share the institutional benefits flyer with leaders at your hospital, and reference the recruitment talking points for key messaging in referring new NANN members.
Membership referral has its perks! If you refer a new member to NANN and they join, you will be entered in our annual drawing for a FREE membership! For every 5 new members who you refer who join NANN, you'll receive a $100 Amazon gift card. Maximize referral rewards by referring a whole group of new members with our group membership discount!
There are three ways to get your referral benefits when a new member joins:
- Recommend NANN through our automated "Refer a Friend" function when logged into your NANN account. If your friend joins, you'll get credit for the referral.
- When someone you have referred joins NANN, have them enter your name and email when prompted during the online registration process.
- Help form a group of new members. When you send over the list of members, let us know that you've referred them!

Develop critical communication skills at NANN Connections
