When you share what’s working, what’s missing, or what you’re hoping for, we listen! Your input is shaping what comes next in real, meaningful ways.

Here are a few ways your voice is already making a difference:

• In member surveys and conference evaluations, you asked for conference destinations in California, Florida, and Texas. In the coming years, we're heading to:
  • 2025: Palm Springs, CA
  • 2026: Palm Beach, FL
  • 2027: Las Vegas, NV
  • 2028: Dallas, TX
• You asked for more interactive ways to connect and engage at our annual conference. This year, we’re adding:
  • An all-attendee trivia competition where you can put your problem-solving skills and knowledge to the test.
  • Exciting new experiences, learning opportunities and celebrations to facilitate meaningful community connections, including a brand-new escape room and NANNchella-themed NANN After Dark.
  • An interactive scavenger hunt.

• You asked for updated experiences and better NANN technology. In recent and coming months, you'll experience the investments NANN has made in:
  • MyNANN (launched in January)
  • MyNANN Mobile (launching in May)
  • All-new NANN website (launching in May)
  • New iLearn platform, NANN's learning management system (launching in August)

These changes are because of your ideas, your feedback, and your passion. Keep the ideas coming, and we’ll keep making them happen!

Volunteer with NANN

If you’ve ever thought, “I wish I could be more involved,”—this is your moment!

We're looking for volunteers for several roles, including:

Developmental Care Specialist Designation (DCSD) Task Force
This micro-volunteer opportunity is perfect for those with a strong background in developmental care. The task force will guide the relaunch of the DCSD product by helping to define audiences, update materials, and shape strategies for impact.

NANN Nominations Committee
Shape the future of NANN by helping identify and slate Board candidates. Volunteers on this committee review applications, conduct interviews, and collaborate to build a well-rounded and representative leadership slate.

Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) SIG Facilitator
Lead engaging conversations and strengthen the CNS community within NANN. The facilitator helps drive discussions, writes content for NANN's E-News, and connects members at the annual meeting. If you enjoy networking and sharing insights, this role is a great fit.
