We’re only 3 weeks away from NANN’s 2018 Annual Conference in Anaheim, CA, but it’s never too early to look ahead to next year! The Program Planning Committee’s call for abstracts is now open and we invite you to submit an abstract for the 2019 Annual Conference taking place in Savannah, GA, October 9–12, 2019. The deadline to submit is January 7, 2019.
The Program Planning and Education Provider Committees have identified the need to cover a wide range of topics that appeal to both the novice and expert neonatal nurse. Because we strive to better meet the educational needs of the conference attendees, we have provided a list of topics and areas of interest to make the application selection process less cumbersome and more diverse.
Did you miss registering prior to the early bird deadline? There is still a way to save on conference registration! Members who register as a group of five nurses or more save $70 each. You no longer need to work at the same institution! Looking to attend for just 1 day? Daily rates are $300 less than full conference pricing.
Time is running out to secure your spot—register today!
NANN attendees can take advantage of discounted tickets to Disneyland® before, during, and after conference! When you register for the meeting you’ll have the opportunity to purchase discounted tickets or twilight (partial day) tickets via a link in your registration confirmation e-mail. Come for NANN’s Annual Conference; stay for even more fun at Disneyland®!
Plan to attend this interactive symposium that will examine the rationale and practices of developmental care to support long-term outcomes in preterm infants. We’ll address the importance of every infant interaction and the mitigation of pain and discomfort to best prepare the preterm infant for an optimal future. This symposium also will explore strategies for providing care while promoting brain and sensory development, and we will engage in discussion on the inclusion of parents into these practices.
Please click here to RSVP by Monday, October 8th for the symposium. You must be registered for the 2018 Annual Conference in order to attend.
