Exhibit and Sponsorship Opportunities

Discuss needed products and services directly with NICU decision-makers from all over the world

Connect with neonatal nurses and NICU leaders at NANN’s 42nd Annual Conference, September 15–18, 2026, in West Palm Beach, FL. Position your brand as an industry leader that supports nurses by exhibiting at the 2026 NANN Conference. At our neonatal conference, you’ll engage directly with the neonatal nurses who need your products or services.

Your Target Audience Attends NANN Conferences

NANN is a community of neonatal nurses and advanced practice nurses who provide evidence-based care to high-risk neonatal patients.

They belong to NANN because our association is the industry-recognized expert voice that influences standards of practice through clinical best practices, advocacy, professional development, collaboration, and leadership. NANN’s members are the professionals your company wants to engage with in the neonatal specialty.

Approximately 800 neonatal nurses and advanced practice nurses attend NANN’s Educational Conference each year.

86% of attendees work in Level II or Level III NICUs, providing intensive and comprehensive care for premature newborns and seriously ill babies. They provide advanced inpatient care.

75% of attendees are involved in purchasing decisions, meaning they have the power to advocate for the use of your products or services in their institutions.

Don’t miss this opportunity to directly engage with professionals who understand the need for your products and services and are positioned to encourage their facilities to work with you.

More than 100 companies connect with NANN attendees at the annual neonatal nurses conference. Don’t miss your opportunity! To discuss exhibiting, advertising, and sponsorship for your company, contact Olivia Diehl at [email protected].

Be a Thought Leader

Step up the engagement by stepping out of your booth! Your company can sponsor a full educational program as a Corporate Satellite Symposium or stage a 30-minute, high-impact talk in the NANN Learning Center. NANN attendees will appreciate the chance to learn from you and will leave sessions with a positive view of your company as a thought leader that supports their professional development.

Make new connections and nurture existing relationships, ensuring nurses see you as a partner in their mission, not a budget line item.

Corporate Symposia

NANN invites you to submit a proposal for a commercially supported symposium to take place during NANN’s Annual Conference. The symposium program allows industry to present or support an hour-long educational program to attendees.

NANN Learning Center

NANN attendees love to hear from our exhibitors, and the Learning Center offers participating companies the opportunity to share their knowledge! These 15 or 30-minute presentation timeslots are limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. The theater will be set on the exhibit floor for approximately 125 attendees. Timeslots are limited, and applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
