For our opening keynote, Dr. Michael Warren, Chief Medical and Health Officer of March of Dimes, will facilitate The Voice of NICU Families: Lessons, Strategies and Inspiration for Nurses. Through powerful interviews and video stories, this session highlights how nurses and care teams influence families during their NICU journey and beyond. Featuring diverse experiences across diagnoses, lengths of stay, and care settings, you’ll reconnect with the “why” behind your work and be reminded of the lasting impact you make every day. At this year’s conference, we’re hosting a Diaper Drive to help families in need. Our goal is to collect 15,000 diapers, and you can join in two ways:

- Head to Amazon and purchase your donation of diapers now, which will be shipped to The Cotton Bottom Diaper Bank.* Huggies® will graciously double our entire donation from conference and Amazon!
