Use of Neuroprotective Care Strategies and its Association with Burnout in Neonatal Nurses

This survey aims to explore how bedside neonatal nurses are using neuroprotective care strategies and how these practices influence the experience of burnout. Your responses will deepen our understanding of this relationship and inform future research development, guide educational initiatives, and encourage policy development.

Neonatal Nurse Practitioners Satisfaction and Role Perceptions on Intention to Leave

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between perceived key determinants of NNP job satisfaction and role perceptions that influence overall job satisfaction and intention to leave for NNPs working in Level III or IV Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs) across the United States. The deadline for survey participation will be November 1, 2025. Eligible participants are NNPs working an average of 30 hours per week in a Level III or IV NICU with an average daily census of greater than 10.
