NANN Mentor Program
Find, connect, and develop mentoring relationships with fellow NANN members. We know that strong mentor partnerships not only strengthen the NANN community, but is a tremendous tool for our members' professional development. Please note: the mentor program focuses on mentor partnerships that help participants acheive a wide range of career-related goals but is not intended to assist with a job search. How the NANN Mentor Program Works
A benefit of NANN membership that is accessible through NANN's community forum, MyNANN, NANN's Mentor Program allows both mentors and protégés to have flexibility in the topics they focus on, how they wish to communicate, and how often. With no set start or end date, the mentor and protégé can truly create a mentoring program that works best for them.
The topics you choose to cover are up to you as well. You'll select from a suggested list of topics of interest that includes, but is not limited to:
- Bedside Clinical Educator
- Career Advancement
- Conducting Evidence Based Projects
- Leadership Development
- New NNP
- Parent Education
- Presenting Research
- Staff Management
- Writing for Publication
- Pursing an Advanced Degree - NNP, CNS, DNP
- First-time Nursing Student
